DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1. Follow the arrow strokes on the diagram pictured here.
2. Slowly begin to massage your neck, shoulders,arms, and
chest while avoiding the heart and breast area.
3. Use long strokes on your arms, circular motions for your
joints, and a clockwise motion to massage the stomach.
4. Continue by brushing the lower back, bum,and legs and focus
on the hip joints knees and ankiles.
5. Finish the Garshana brushing with long strokes over the feet.
6. Shower following your massage if possible.
